    As a Sr. Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of capital projects, driving design, construction, and process improvements that help us deliver better efficiency, throughput, and product quality.

    Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

    Lead the charge on approved projects ranging from $25K to $3M in value.
    Juggle multiple projects, ensuring the design and construction stay on track and meet all safety & regulatory requirements.
    Collaborate with Plant Leadership on long-term capital plans, focusing on plant safety and operational excellence.
    Develop process flow sheets, plant layouts, and equipment specs that drive improvement.
    Be the go-to person for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in full compliance.
    The Details:

    You'll wear many hats, including process flow design, budget management, and coordinating contractors.
    You’ll need the ability to juggle priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Your leadership and decision-making skills will shine as you guide the team through each phase.
    Safety and compliance are key! From PHA to MOC, you’ll ensure all projects are executed in line with regulatory standards.

    Who You Are:

    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or another Engineering discipline with Project Engineering experience).
    Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally in chemical or fermentation industries.
    A whiz at MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and comfortable managing project controls.
    Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing? Even better!
    You have an innovative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams to success.
