At least 4 years of experience leading projects through Agile methodologies, operating in a Scrum Master role, when necessary, to decompose high-level project requirements into actionable Features, Epics, and Stories for delivery by the project team. | DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, product management/design or related field Extensive experience leading solution delivery teams in a matrixed environment with aggressive delivery goals, inclusive of strong scope, schedule, budget, vendor, risk/issue, and project planning and management. Proven facilitation and problem management Experience using Azure DevOps, JIRA or other Agile tools strongly desired. Strong grasp or quick learner of web-based, mobile, and mobile responsive application software development technologies Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with strong focus and prioritization of end-user needs, user experience, and business delivery value.
