We're partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - Residential Civil Engineering to join their Team. This role will lead the execution of projects, supervise teams, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, including supervision of team members, resource allocation, and client communication
• Coordinate with teams to forecast workload, address gaps, and ensure timely project delivery
• Develop and manage project agreements, including scope, schedule, fees, and terms
• Oversee project financial performance, addressing changes in scope, billing, and schedules
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring quality control and enforcement of company standards
• Lead and mentor team members, implementing effective communication and performance management
• Cultivate existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and assist in strategic pursuits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, and budgeting
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities
