  • Responsibilities
    • Responsible for the full cycle recruiting and hiring process while maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
    • Partners with Hiring Managers to fill open job requisitions in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Verifies job requirements, recruiting needs and completeness of requisitions then posts in appropriate places.
    • Researches, selects, and monitors use of internet job-posting sites, ensuring quality applicant flow and most effective cost.
    • Complete thorough interviews with applicants and sourced candidates and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for all assigned job requisitions.
    • Seeks and develops new and revised methods for sourcing candidates.
    • Negotiates and extends job offers.
    • Completes compensation analysis and working with hiring manager on recommendation.

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements.
    • Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
    • Minimum of 3 years Corporate Recruiting Experience is required.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must be in Austin area.

     

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
    • or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.
