    Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)

    Duration:  5 year contract with reevaluation and possibility for extension

    Absolute Staffing is seeking to contract hire a Sr. Resolution Manager to work with our client and join our dynamic team.

    Position Summary

    The Sr. Resolution Manager is responsible for managing workers' compensation claims from receipt to resolution. This role involves reviewing medical records, making compensability determinations, issuing benefits, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    • Manage medical-only claims proactively from start to resolution.

    • Conduct timely communication with insureds, claimants, and medical providers.

    • Issue appropriate forms, wage loss benefits, and jurisdictional EDI transactions.

    • Assess injuries, treatment plans, and return-to-work potential.

    • Handle Loss Time and Indemnity claims.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to industry best practices.

    • Establish and adjust reserves as needed.

    • Follow company policies and client-specific handling instructions.

    • Prepare claim summaries and attend claim reviews and client meetings.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • Minimum of one year of related claims experience (preferred).

    • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to negotiate and resolve claims efficiently.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in claims management software.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.

    • High attention to detail and strong decision-making ability.
