Responsibilities:
? Program, configure, document, and support OSI/AspenTech Monarch SCADA
systems, including new installations and existing systems.
? Develop and update project documentation, such as system configurations,
networking diagrams, system architectures, and critical deliverables.
? Execute project delivery and implementation activities, including design, integration,
testing, and commissioning of advanced control systems.
? Develop logic diagrams, cause & effect matrices, and functional narratives.
? Review and develop control panel design packages, field wiring diagrams, conduit &
cable schedules, and E&I package deliverables.
? Attend field verification and user requirements gathering walkdowns and meetings.
? Perform unwitnessed and witnessed factory acceptance testing.
? Lead field start-up and commissioning, including troubleshooting support (both
in-person and remote).
? Contribute to and participate in client training sessions.
? Provide after-hours support to internal/external clients as needed.
? Work with Senior Engineering Leads and Project Managers to ensure quality
deliverables and adherence to budgets.
? Keep Project Managers informed of progress, issues, and need for change orders.
? Travel approximately 25% of the time, including air travel.
Qualifications:
? B.S. in a Technical Field with 3+ years of experience with OSI/AspenTech Monarch
SCADA systems.
? Proficiency with additional PLCs, DCS, HMI, SCADA platforms.
? Experience with Electrical Protection Relays (Multilin, SEL), Historian systems, and
other systems (e.g., Omni Flow Computer, ROC, Presets).
? Strong knowledge of Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and OPC communications protocols.
? Familiarity with P&IDs, control panel wiring drawings, and field wiring diagrams.
? Knowledge of external notification systems (e.g., text, email, mobile apps).
? Familiarity with DeviceNet and/or Profibus communications protocols.

Physical Requirements:
? Sitting for up to 8-10 hours per day with breaks as needed.
? Travel by car for up to 5 hours to remote locations.

? Outdoor work in challenging climates while wearing PPE.
