You'll open doors, qualify candidates, and book high-converting meetings that grow our exclusive mastermind community. This isn't just about numbers—it's about relationships, impact, and legacy. Responsibilities: • Identify, research, and engage high-level real estate business owners • Qualify prospects based on investment activity, mindset, and fit • Build trust and spark meaningful, high-level conversations • Book strategic consultations with our executive sales team • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator • Partner with sales & marketing to fine-tune messaging and targeting • Stay sharp on real estate trends and market shifts • Support and attend CG events to meet prospects and members in person Qualifications: Who We’re Looking for: • 2+ years in SDR/BDR or outbound sales roles • Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and executive presence • Track record of exceeding performance goals • CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) • Bonus: Experience with real estate investors or HNW clients • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 yearly
