As part of job responsibilities, the short-listed candidate will work on initiatives of credit, market, operational risk and data quality improvement initiatives. Summary of the role: As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. Work closely with Stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high quality solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

· 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce Project.

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect(Preferred), or equivalent certifications.

· Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder and advanced reporting.

· Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high quality results.
