  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our construction consulting firm. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in project scheduling across various sectors of the construction industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for large-scale construction projects
    • Prepare baseline schedules and perform regular updates
    • Create cost-loaded schedules and conduct Time Impact Analyses
    • Collaborate directly with project engineers, project managers, and superintendents
    • Write detailed schedule narratives and correspondence to clients and owners
    • Respond to interrogatories and assist with litigation-related matters
    • Ensure compliance with Corps of Engineers and Navy CPM scheduling specifications
    • Actively participate in hands-on scheduling work, not just management

    Requirements:

    • 20+ years of experience in construction scheduling
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
    • Proven experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and heavy civil projects
    • Knowledge of the legal system and elements of negligence that apply to construction claims
    • Experience with contract litigation processes of claims, disputes, and resolutions.
    • Track record of managing schedules for projects valued at $100 million or more
    • Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software (Primavera)
    • Strong writing skills for technical documentation and client communication
    • Willingness to travel as required
