Experience with Commercial, Healthcare, Medical Facilities and other structure types are required as well as the ability to leverage those experiences to manage other types of projects.

To Increase the chance of an Interview - The Candidate will need to have:
• Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor
• Experience with New Healthcare Construction for Hospital, Medical Clinic, MOB, ER, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree (Const.Management, Engineering or similar degree)
• Must have experience running projects from start to finish (Ground-Up)
• Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)
• Time Management & Proven Experience with Scheduling Projects
• Experience managing multiple teams is a plus
Overview:
The Superintendent maintains complete project responsibility with regard to safety & overall excellence in quality execution. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors and individual trades to ensure contract compliance for all (commercial/healthcare - medical) projects. Serves as full time onsite-manager for the company and maintains open and clear communication with subcontractors, owners, facility, and construction team.
