    Job Title: Level 2 Systems Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Systems Engineer with expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team.

    Position Overview: As a Level 2 Systems Engineer at Info Advantage, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to our clients, focusing on Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. You will work closely with our Level 1 support team to resolve complex issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure the overall stability and performance of our clients' IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, relevant certifications, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide advanced technical support for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including troubleshooting, configuration, and administration.

    Assist in the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions and infrastructure.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

    Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system functionality.

    Work with the Level 1 support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

    Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades as needed.

    Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations for internal knowledge base.

    Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required.

    Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    Proven experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

    Relevant certifications such as AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator), AZ-305 (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert), or SC-300 (Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are highly preferred.

    Strong knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

    Experience with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
