As a Sr. Talent Partner, Manager Capability Programs, you will own the design and execution of manager development programs, equipping front-line and mid-level managers with the skills needed to lead high-performing teams, drive engagement, and build an inclusive culture.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all managers—whether first-time or seasoned leaders—develop core people leadership skills such as coaching, feedback, performance management, and fostering inclusion. You will work closely with HRBPs, the People Science team, and business leaders to integrate best-in-class management practices into our company culture. We are committed to building programs that develop empathetic leaders who can build an environment where every employee feels valued, respected and supported.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $132000/YR - $212500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
