This role is pivotal in ensuring that all managers—whether first-time or seasoned leaders—develop core people leadership skills such as coaching, feedback, performance management, and fostering inclusion. You will work closely with HRBPs, the People Science team, and business leaders to integrate best-in-class management practices into our company culture. We are committed to building programs that develop empathetic leaders who can build an environment where every employee feels valued, respected and supported.

    • Create a Seamless Manager Journey: Build structured learning pathways for first-time managers and experienced people leaders, ensuring a clear progression of skills and readiness
    • Drive Behavior Change: Ensure that leadership principles are embedded in daily management practices, not just learned in training sessions
    • Measure and Improve Impact: Work with People Science to define key success metrics—such as manager effectiveness scores, engagement improvements, and talent retention under trained managers
    • Facilitate High-Impact Learning: Lead interactive workshops, blended learning programs, and coaching sessions for managers at all levels
    • Enable Business & HR Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, helping diagnose managerial skill gaps and address team leadership challenges
    • Stay Ahead of Trends: Incorporate cutting-edge research and industry best practices (e.g., Google’s Project Oxygen, Microsoft’s manager frameworks) to continuously evolve Palo Alto Networks’ approach to manager development
  • Qualifications

    • Deep expertise in people leadership training, coaching frameworks, and team management best practices
    • Strong consulting skills with the ability to advise HRBPs, business leaders, and managers at all levels
    • Experience using employee engagement, 360-degree feedback, and performance data to refine management training effectiveness
