This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architectural planning, ensuring that our Oracle Cloud solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. This role will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud technologies. The role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, guide technical teams, and drive innovation through Oracle Cloud solutions.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

• Oversees the design and development of comprehensive Oracle Cloud architecture solutions that meet complex business requirements, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous Database, and related PaaS offerings working closely with our SI provider.
• Provides strategic technical leadership to the team, including vendor partner ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices in cloud solutions.
• Oversees the implementation and deployment of cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural designs, security standards, and performance optimizations and works very closely with our SI provider.
• Collaborates on architecture reviews to assess the integrity and quality of proposed technical solutions to deliver integrated solutions. Identifies and provides recommendations for the acceptance or mitigation of any issues and risks associated with proposed solutions, architectural designs, implementation plans and timelines.
• Engages with clients to understand their technical requirements, presents architecture solutions, and addresses technical concerns. Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
• Conducts performance analysis and optimization of Cloud solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversees the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation related to architecture designs, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines. Ensures documentation is updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Stays updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud technologies and proposes innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Establishes and enforces a technical governance process for Oracle cloud deployment.
• Proactively identifies potential risks associated with cloud implementations and develops mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.

• 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with a focus on Cloud solutions. (Required)

Additional Skills

• Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Integration, and other PaaS offerings. (Required)
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-availability Oracle Cloud solutions. (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including microservices, serverless computing, and containerization. (Required)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. (Required)
• Experience in designing and implementing high-availability, scalable, and secure cloud solutions. (Required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. (Required)
