Job Description

** Core responsibilities / Requirements included, but not limited to** :

• Administer stability study samples; inventory incoming project samples; set up stability studies, label samples, and place into chambers; verify sample chamber placement, labeling, and container counts

• Pull samples from chambers at appropriate intervals; ship stability samples to clients and disposal facilities; perform periodic chamber inventories

• Maintain contents of stability chambers in an organized, orderly manner; administer stability sample location movement; perform stability chamber operational status monitoring; change charts; clean inside of chambers

• Subdivision and repackaging of samples as specified in the applicable protocols using appropriate laboratory techniques

• Follow all department procedures and SOPs; understand and apply GMP regulations to daily work; document data according to regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

** Basic Minimum Qualifications** :

• AS degree, BS degree, or technical degree
• 0-2 years in comparable/related role with sample management experience
• Experience with cGMP
• Basic laboratory skills are necessary
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Groton, CT are encouraged to apply.
