We are looking for a Front End Assistant Manager to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Assist the Market Manager in all aspects of daily operations as needed -Must exemplify outstanding customer service and address customer needs -Must be able to endure physical activity and be on your feet for much of the day -Oversee employees when needed -This is a seasonal, fulltime position, including weekends and holidays from the end of May - October 31st -Helping with the POS system -Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures -Answering customer phone calls -Duties will vary throughout the season

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
