Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support the finance team during audits and in the development of internal controls.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure alignment with the company's core values in all financial operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of experience in accounting or related roles.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
