Responsibilities

· Record all Clubs financial transactions accurately and ensure that entries are posted correctly in the accounting system.

· Perform bank reconciliations that ensures transactions are accurately recorded/ discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

· Perform general ledger accounting and maintain financial records.

· Support the month-end and year-end close processes

· Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations of financial transactions.

· Participate in special projects as needed.

Professional Qualifications

Must have 3-5 year experience as a Staff Accountant as well as Finance knowledge managing tasks and projects to timely completion.

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, including debits/credits & accruals

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when recording financial transactions and preparing reports.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadline.

Outstanding Excel skills

Education: Major degree in accounting
