We’re currently seeking a driven and versatile Accounts Payable Manager to lead our A/P operations and help us maintain financial excellence as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments while maintaining detailed and organized records.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on A/P activity.
• Participate in month-end closing processes and work with the Controller/Accounting team.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Continuously improve systems and processes for better accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• Transportation or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and finds solutions without needing to be micromanaged.
• A strong communicator who thrives in a team setting and builds solid working relationships.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable—you’re ready to wear many hats and help wherever needed.
