  • Responsibilities

    Hi Noon Hospitality (Buck & Rider & Ingo’s Tasty Food) is hiring a Staff Accountant who is ready to embrace our exciting growth. This role will report directly to the CFO and works with little supervision. The Staff Accountant is responsible for full-cycle accounting for all stores and related entities, including sales tax filing, account reconciliations, analysis of month-end financials, etc.

    Day in the Life:

    Responsible for timely sales tax filings, bank and credit card reconciliations.

    Maintains balance sheet reconciliations in established corporate format, ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and resolved.

    Prepare and review monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.

    Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities.

    Maintains fixed asset files and schedules.

    Analyze the business processes for efficiencies and reviews financials monthly to determine potential cost-savings.

    Prepares journal entries, accruals, analysis, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.

    Meet processing and reporting deadlines.

    Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

    Requirements:

    Full cycle experience required

    3+ years’ experience required

    Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred

    Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Data entry etc.

    Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must

    Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, restaurant staff and executives

    Exposure to highly confidential information

    Multi-Entity experience would be a bonus!
