DSWA is on a mission to find a skilled professional. We are looking for an individual with 1-3 years tax and accounting experience. Our firm provides tax, accounting and audit services to individuals, small businesses, and governmental entities. Audit experience a plus, but not required. This is a full time position with benefits and potential to advance. We are seeking an organized individual that is self-motivated.

Example of job related responsibilities:

· Preparation of individual and business tax returns

· Work with business and individual clients

· Prepare detailed accounting records, including journal entries and reconciliations

· Compile client data into trial balance format

· Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills, Abilities and Characteristics

Ability to apply principles of accounting to analyze and prepare financial information

Accounting degree a plus

Strong communication skills and positive attitude
