Job Summary
This position will manage financial transactions related to real estate development projects, including recording project expenses and draws, managing the development cash accounts, analyzing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring financial compliance throughout the development process. In addition, this position will also provide financial support to asset management and housing operations departments under the direction of the Corporate Controller.

Education and/or Experience
Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 Yr., DOQ
Hours: Standard business hours - 40 hours per week
