As a Staff Accountant , you will play a pivotal role in supporting small business clients, preparing financial statements, managing multiple client accounts, and providing assistance with payroll and accounting software. Working closely with an account manager, you'll help shape the financial success of our clients while embracing our culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred—but not required if you bring the skills and drive.
Experience: 1–3 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners ready to grow.
QuickBooks Skills: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online). Certification is a bonus—or something you’re willing to pursue.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools and systems.
Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional written and verbal communication is a must—especially when working with clients and teammates.
