Responsibility:·
Revenue Recognition: Ensure revenue is recorded accurately and in compliance with GAAP or company policies. Oversee third-party logistic logistics invoice and credit processing.
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile revenue accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Payments Collection: Properly track payments. Oversee third-party logistic collection team on past dues.
Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Prepare, analysis, and present revenue reports and forecasts to management, ensuring data accuracy and insightful financial analysis. Analyze the impact from Gross to Net
Financial Planning: Assist cash management with forecasts from customers.
Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Conduct revenue-related financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide insights on revenue performance.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to revenue accounting and reporting processes.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with industry standards, tax laws, and corporate policies related to revenue reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills: ·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
Experience: 1+ years in revenue accounting, revenue reporting, or finance roles. Experience in commercial pharma is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and revenue tracking.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present revenue reports and analysis to stakeholders.
