The Good Feet Store - LRG Investments Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance in our home office. The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Assistant Controller, contributing to the preparation and integrity of financial records. This position requires strong multi-tasking, problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

What You'll Do
Partner with the Assistant Controller on accounting and financial functions
Compile and review financial data for reporting and accuracy
Prepare, evaluate, and support the creation of analyses to support financial/business plans, budget, and forecasts
Manages and/or implements related policies, procedures, and controls for both existing and new processes relevant to accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related areas
Maintain general ledger, journal integrity and balance sheet reconciliations
Assure compliance with all company reporting and tax requirements, including accounts with tax agencies regarding unemployment, sales tax, payroll permits, etc.
Implement/improve budgeting and forecasting systems and processes
Process Payroll
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting or financial reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
A strong familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
Analytical, can find meaning in numbers, and be a data-driven decision-maker
Excellent communicator: written and oral
