This individual will play a vital role in our day-to-day financial operations, supporting the CFO and applying their knowledge of insurance agency accounting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial processes. Responsibilities: • Perform accurate and timely data entry related to insurance transactions • Process and reconcile commission statements from carriers • Manage agency bill transactions and ensure proper allocation of premiums and payables • Conduct general bookkeeping and month-end reconciliations • Support the CFO with accounting projects and operational financial tasks Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (4-year degree required) • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the insurance industry • Demonstrated experience in insurance agency accounting • Proficiency in Applied EPIC accounting functions is required Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
