We’re working with a well-established real estate development company in San Pedro that’s looking to bring on a Construction Accountant to join their collaborative and tight-knit team. What You’ll Do:

• Manage construction loan draws

• Handle property management accounting

• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager, Operations, and Construction teams

• Interact with the Property Management team and ownership group

• Take part in monthly financial close (budget variance analysis, reconciliations, etc.)

• Assist with annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting

• Maintain weekly reports: cash report & line of credit report

What They’re Offering:
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 \+ 3–10% discretionary bonus (paid out annually—consistently!)
Hours: 8–9 hour days with minimal overtime
