This position involves being able to handle admin tasks for different departments. This position involves welcoming visitors, handle phone calls, and set up appointments. Must have strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills and familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail.
Qualifications: Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills required. Must be well organized, have good attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently. Being able to write, edit, blog, and update content for our company website while being creative and help grow the brand. 3 years' experience in an office setting is desirable.
Duties:
Maintains schedules on job board
Handles In take calls
Maintain HR Records
Supports Onboarding Specialist
Supports Field Supervisor
Completes initial paperwork for employment verifications and requests for information from state agencies and other vendors
Maintain annual State of Wisconsin Compliance and Quality Assurance tasks
Managing calls offs, schedule changes, client follow-up
Managing Company Website with creative content
Data entry and record keeping

Full Time Position: Monday Through Friday 8-5pm
