Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled. Develop and implement staffing solutions according to company guidelines and industry regulations, hire and orientate new staff. Document staff performance and prepare reports, also help employees understand their duties and responsibilities and the company’s operating procedures and rules. Coordinate, plan and oversee a company’s human resources operations. Develop and implement staffing solutions to comply with legal regulations and company procedures. Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, creating work schedules and listing vacancies with recruitment agencies to fulfill employee requirements. Maintaining employee files and all company benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up personnel files and confirm that data remains accurate.
Respond to recruitment inquiries.
Schedules interviews, screens and sets up 2nd interview with hiring managers and coordinates the group interview process.
Coordinate training requirements, including organizing rooms for employee training, printing training certificates and filing them, accordingly, reviewing training policies, and updating training systems.
Organize relevant office events.
Organize staff meetings and executive schedules, maintain minutes of meetings and attendance log.
Process paperwork for employees.
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly.
Enforce policies and procedures.
Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances.
Maintain job descriptions and pay scales.
Knowledge of Human Resource laws and practices keeps the company in compliance with employment regulations and laws.
Research and maintain all insurance and employee benefits.
Other job duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Detail-oriented and the ability to maintain both a digital and a paper filing system.
· Possess excellent communication and written skills to effectively speak to employees and write reports.
· Mathematical skills to verify payroll and 401(k) accuracy.
· Being familiar with individual job descriptions to provide properly trained employees for each shift.
· Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools.
· Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skill
· Attention to detail and analytically driven.
