Salary Range: $170,000 - $215,000

What is the job?

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered recommendation systems for millions of users

• Build robust ML models and MLOps pipelines that drive personalized insights

• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to create next-level user experiences

• Mentor and guide a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists

• Work with cutting-edge tech like Python, Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes, AWS Ground Truth, and more

What skills do you need?

• 7+ years of ML experience, with expertise in recommendation systems, search, NLP, LLMs, and deep learning

• Proven track record of building scalable AI platforms used by millions

• Mastery of Python, SQL, and ML algorithms

• Experience leading high-performing teams in delivering AI-driven product features

• A strategic thinker who brings business impact through AI innovation

      + Experience in Ad Tech
