Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility

• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Skills:

• Proficiency in geriatrics, orthopedics, acute care, and trigger point therapy

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and hospital medicine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
