    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our mobile Physical Therapy team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care and assist in the rehabilitation process. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.

    Duties:

    • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist

    • Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques

    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

    • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care

    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

    • Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant

    • Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

    • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

    • Familiarity with various treatment modalities, including trigger point therapy and acute care techniques

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

    Pay: 40.00 - $60.00 per hour
