We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Detroit Training Center. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting qualified staff for our workforce development training programs. _ Key Responsibilities:_
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with community organizations and educational institutions to build relationships and tap into diverse talent pools.
- Application Screening and Coordination:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with the requirements of our training programs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Candidate Communication and Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively to provide information about our training programs, application process, and expectations.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various training programs.
- Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
_ Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with workforce development and training programs is a plus.
