Growing Manufacturing company seeking a SMT Operator to join their team.

We currently have an opening for an SMT Operator, for our surface mount technology of circuit board assemblies. This position is a temp to permanent position, with the hours of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with possible overtime at the pay range of $14 to $17 depending upon experience.

SMT OPERATOR - Surface Mount Technology Circuit Board Assemblies

Job duties and requirements include but are not limited to:

• Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines, a plus if familiar with Yamaha and Assemble-on Opal Machines
• Setup and operation of stencil printers, a plus if familiar with Dek Screen Printer
• Setup and operation of reflow ovens
• Setup and tear down of machine feeders
• Ability to read and comprehend process documentation including Routers, Bills of Materials, Assembly drawings, Component identification
• Attention to detail is very important
• Knowledge of ESD and electronic components is important
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• IPC-610 workmanship/certification a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
