Responsibilities: • Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to stage homes for sale, ensuring they appeal to potential buyers • Use your design expertise to transform spaces in alignment with EmpowerHome's staging standards • Ensure that all staging projects meet aesthetic requirements and align with the specific style and architecture of the property • Manage multiple projects with efficiency, maintaining attention to detail and deadlines Qualifications: • Currently seeking or holding a degree in Home Staging, Interior Design, or a related field • Knowledge of design principles and a strong grasp of design history • Ability to work within various design styles and constraints to create visually appealing spaces • Tech-savvy, with the ability to utilize staging and design software or apps • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing time effectively • Willingness to travel as needed, with a flexible schedule Compensation: $150 per staging consult
