    JOB SUMMARY

    Assisting management and sales team with administrative, clerical and reporting needs.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Customer open order reports, quote and bid tab entry.
    • Large bid file data entry and construction.
    • Vendor pricing management.
    • Account receivables research.
    • Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
    • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
    • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other various software
    • Record-keeping techniques.
    • Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    • Operate a variety of office equipment such as computer, calculators and copiers.
    • Make arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Must be a team player.
    • Meet schedules and timelines.
    • Plan and organize work.
    • Maintain records and prepare reports.
    • Work confidentially with discretion.

     

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
