You will have the ability to sell, market, and manage our insurance products to existing and new clients. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows primarily selling, property, auto, and life insurance.

Sales Representatives would be offered a competitive base salary, bonus, commission, and benefits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Obtain or posses a P&C Insurance License
• Obtain a Life Insurance license within 120 days of employment if doesn't currently possess one.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
