Job Description

We are currently seeking a Operations Manager for our Chili's located on the Norfolk, Virginia Naval Station. Our management positions are very hands-on. Most of our managers have a flexible five-day workweek schedule with rotating weekends off. The Norfolk location has limited hours of operations allowing managers to work around 45-50 hours a week. We offer a great benefit package and quarterly bonus. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieve cost of sales goals and maximize revenue
• Train and develop hourly employees and control hourly labor cost
• Implementation of company standards for personnel, guest, and operational brand standards The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years management experience with Brinker International, Darden Restaurants or other name branded full service restaurant chain.
