Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 3 years in various settings including homes, community locations, and clinics.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure effective carry-over of techniques between sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Pediatric Care: A deep commitment to working with young children and their families.
- Licensure: Valid NYS Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Team Player: Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently while being a positive, productive team member.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to and from assigned cases using personal or public transportation.
