About the job…
Star Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are expanding our insurance (Advocacy) team and adding 2 more people. These roles will be fully in-office in our Frisco location at the Star!
Our Advocacy team deals with medical insurance. Each member of the team focuses on a different piece of the insurance life cycle, including verifying benefits, submitting pre-authorizations and medical records, following up on claims, posting payments, obtaining HMO referrals, etc. This role is fairly autonomous, so being able to create a system to track and report your output will be key. Advocacy team members are determined and detail oriented.
