As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you’ll provide compassionate health care to clients across the Phoenix area. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, backed by a team that’s dedicated to helping you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver personalized care and support in clients' homes
• Follow individualized care plans and assist with assessments
• Administer medications and monitor patient health
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
• Keep accurate documentation
• Work closely with experienced healthcare professionals who are here to support you

✅ Requirements:

We understand you’re just starting out — if you’re still completing a few items, we’re here to help!

• AZ (or compact) Nursing License
• Valid Class D Driver’s License
• Current BLS Certification
• TB Test or Chest X-ray (within the last 12 months)
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (issued by AZDPS)
• Article 9 Training
