Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Start-up Engineering Leader to lead the Vertical Start-up (VSU) activities for key plant projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in process engineering, project management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead VSU activities for new capital projects and process improvements

• Develop and implement start-up plans and operational readiness checklists

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and CI teams

• Define project success criteria and start-up curves

• Develop and implement training strategies and material plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field

• Project management skills and experience

• 2-5 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing environment

• Experience with continuous improvement, CapEx, and maintenance programs

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
