    Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive self starter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, inventory and exceptional administrative capabilities, with a knack for multitasking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Coordination:

    Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception to completion.

    Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.

    Coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

    Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

    Administrative Support:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

    Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.

    Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to projects and administrative tasks.

    Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as needed.

    Resource Management:

    Allocate resources effectively to ensure project needs are met.

    Coordinate with various departments to secure necessary resources and support for projects.

    Track and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

    Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to streamline project management and administrative processes.

    Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Continuously evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement.

    Team Collaboration:

    Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

    Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and growth.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve project goals.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Project Manager or Administrative Manager.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Experience in budgeting and resource management.

    PMP certification is a plus.
