Nextten Stauer, LLC is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our customer service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location.

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
• Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
• Good Typing Skills
• Familiar with Outlook
• Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
• Must be able to provide a customer experience that promotes repeat business.
• Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work between the hours of 8AM to 6PM Monday-Friday full-time or part-time is available.
