We are actively recruiting skilled Sales Appointment Setters to join our organization on a full-time basis. The primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads, setting appointments, and with comprehensive training, eventually closing new accounts. Responsibilities
• Drive Sales-Qualified conversations through high-volume outbound efforts (text and calls) to warm prospects interested in high-ticket business Ecommerce coaching.
• Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
• You must maintain a sales-first, extroverted mindset, making 100+ outbound calls per day to generate interest prospective leads to our coaching program.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company products, educating customers about the potential benefits of our offerings
• Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed setting goals, along with monthly KPIs
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms/Social Selling preferred
• Strong business and business communication acumen
• Self-starter who needs little management
• Excellent project management and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives
• Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment
• Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
