Golf Service Attendant Overview Hourly Rate: $12.00-$14.00 per hour plus gratuity  Total anticipated compensation: $20.00 This Outside Service position is responsible for ensuring that our members and guests have a memorable golf experience by providing exceptional customer service through consistency, communication, and dedication. Experience Required Golf course experience and knowledge is preferred but not required Essential Responsibilities  The outside service staff will work closely with the Outside Service Manager regarding service of all golf patrons. Communicate with the Outside Service Manager, Head Golf Professional and Lead Assistant Professional regarding all daily play and expectations of events. Greet members and guests with a welcoming smile and proper golf attire Assist members and guests with equipment to and from the parking lot Properly stage golf carts in a neat and orderly fashion Ensure each cart is well stocked with the necessary amenities prior to each round Golf cart maintenance (Charging batteries, trash removal, washing, and detailing) Manage club storage by maintaining an organized bag room. Manage tee sheet by taking tee times and assisting members and guests from the first tee to the conclusion of their round. Oversee the daily preparation and maintenance of the driving range including, set up and take down, golf ball replenishment, and cleaning and resetting the range at the conclusion of each day Schedule  Approximately April through October Day and night shifts  Weekend and Holiday availability  Benefits  Golf on Mondays Equipment and clothing discounts
