CRAV Co., a luxury candle and fragrance company with storefronts in Dallas and Frisco, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager. We are looking for a go-getter with a strong background in retail management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for luxury products.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the storefront, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience.
Engage with customers, educating them on CRAV Co.'s products and services, including our custom scent experiences and private workshops.
Drive store sales and ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
Promote CRAV Co. through in-store interactions and local outreach, reinforcing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Maintain store organization, inventory, and visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
Lead and motivate the store team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Assist in executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience (luxury retail experience is a plus).
Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance goals.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong leadership skills with a team-player mentality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Passion for luxury candles, home fragrances, and experiential retail.
Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Details:
Reports directly to Adrian Valdez, CEO of CRAV Co.
Full-time position (Wednesday – Sunday schedule).
