We are hiring at all of these locations: • Dyer • Gary • Hobart • Lansing • Merrill Point • St. John • Griffith • Hazel Crest Responsibilities: • Optimize Operations: Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement strategies to boost productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction using data-driven decisions. • Lead with Purpose: Manage and coach a team of associates, set clear goals, and maintain high standards to align with company objectives and deliver exceptional customer service. • Leverage Data: Analyze store performance data to guide decisions that improve sales, efficiency, and customer experience. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine processes, reduce waste, and implement best practices to enhance store operations. • Set and Track Goals: Establish KPIs to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure targets are met. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with departments like inventory, HR, and leadership to ensure smooth store operations. • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Lead safety initiatives and maintain a clean, compliant, and customer-friendly environment. • Communicate Insights: Present data-driven reports to leadership, offering insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: • Proven experience managing retail operations, with a strong focus on improving systems and driving efficiency. • Skilled in using data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing creative and practical solutions. • A detail-oriented leader who can manage complex workflows, track metrics, and keep things running smoothly. • A clear and effective communicator who can present complex ideas and collaborate across functions. • Adaptable, able to adjust strategies and tactics to meet changing needs and new technologies. • Experience leading teams, fostering accountability, and motivating employees to achieve performance goals. • A Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Compensation: $55,000 yearly
