Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations at Jamba Juice. This includes staff management, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and compliance with all company policies. The Manager must lead with integrity, model excellent service, and drive continuous improvement in team performance and store profitability.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service or retail industry
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L management
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
