What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all daily operations of the grooming center (“Scenter”)

Drive sales through outstanding customer experience and goal-oriented team leadership

Recruit, coach, and develop a winning team

Monitor KPIs and take action to meet performance targets

Handle customer concerns with professionalism and compassion

Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for dogs and team members

Requirements:

2+ years of management experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, etc.)

Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills

Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Reliable transportation and ability to work in a smoke-free environment

A genuine love for dogs!

What We Offer:

$40K/year base salary

Performance bonuses based on store results

2 weeks paid vacation (accrues after 90 days)
