    Job Description: We are seeking the best store manager in Summerville! We want someone who is highly motivated and dynamic to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our appliance store! The ideal candidate will be a great leader with a passion for customer service, sales, and team development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates and repair technicians to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.

    Sales Management: Drive sales through effective merchandising, customer engagement, and implementing promotional strategies.

    Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive top-notch service and that their needs are met promptly and professionally.

    Operations: Oversee inventory management, store maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    Financial Management: Manage store budgets, financial reports, and ensure profitability through effective cost control and revenue generation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

    Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software.
